How do you calm an anxious mind? I'm on a lifelong search for the answer to that question. I experimented with channeling the anxiety and what my mind was feeling through the guitar, eyes closed. This song was recorded in 1 take, on 1 guitar, and it was completely improvised by me. There are no cuts. For these few minutes, it is a musical transcription of what was in my mind. I hope you enjoy it. I hope it makes you feel. Whatever it makes you feel, positive or negative, I just hope it makes you feel something.
